    Some people might feel mild dizziness, slight discomfort, or a temporary increase in symptoms, but these effects are usually short-lived.

  • How does craniosacral therapy fit into complementary medicine?
    CST is considered a complementary therapy and works alongside traditional medical treatments. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting CST.

  • How many CST sessions will I need?
    The number of sessions varies by individual and the condition being treated. Some people feel better after one session, while others might need a series. To make progress on a cronic condition no less than once a month is generally recommended. 

  • Is craniosacral therapy suitable for everyone?
    It’s generally safe for most people, but it may not be recommended for those with certain conditions, like recent brain injuries or severe bleeding disorders.
